These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by American Gun Labs ("AGL", “we,” “us,” or “our”) for gunsmithing, firearm customization, and any other service rendered by AGL. By engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided
The Company offers a variety of services, including Cerakote application for firearms and firearm components, gunsmithing services such as repairs, modifications, and upgrades, and custom firearm design and customization, which may include engraving, finishing, and other modifications to enhance the appearance and functionality of firearms.

2. Legal Compliance
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally allowed to own and possess firearms in your jurisdiction, and you comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearms, including the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA). The GCA regulates the sale, transfer, and possession of firearms and ensures compliance with federal standards. You are responsible for ensuring that your firearm and its components comply with all relevant legal requirements. You further confirm that any firearm submitted for service is legally owned by you and that it complies with the necessary legal criteria for modification or transfer, including any applicable registration or serial number requirements.

3. Submission of Firearms
Customers must ensure that all firearms and parts submitted for Cerakote or gunsmithing are unloaded and compliant with local, state, and federal laws for shipping or transportation. The Company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or liability incurred during the shipping or handling of firearms or firearm parts. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all firearms are shipped in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including the GCA and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations.

4. Liability and Warranty
The Company provides a warranty for Cerakote coatings against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of [insert time frame], but this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions. Similarly, gunsmithing work is covered by a [insert time frame] warranty against defects. However, the Company is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow firearm maintenance recommendations. The Company is also not responsible for any injuries, damage, or loss that may result from the use or misuse of firearms or firearm components.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices for Cerakote services, gunsmithing, and firearm customization are quoted before services are rendered and are subject to change. A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services. Final payment is due upon completion of services. If you request additional work or modifications after services have commenced, additional charges may apply.

6. Customer Approval
For customization services, the Company will provide the Customer with a mock-up, design, or description of the work to be performed. The Customer must approve the design before proceeding. Any changes to the approved design or scope of work may result in additional charges. Once work has begun, cancellation or modification of the services will be subject to fees to cover any labor and material costs already incurred.

7. Delivery and Turnaround Time
The Company will provide an estimated turnaround time for services but cannot guarantee specific completion dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or high demand. Customers will be notified once their firearms or parts are ready for pickup or shipment. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including shipping or legal delays.

8. Shipping and Handling
If the firearm or parts need to be shipped back to the Customer, the Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for added protection during the shipping process.

9. Modification and Cancellation
The Customer may request modifications or cancellations before the work begins, subject to the Company’s discretion and any costs incurred prior to cancellation. Once work has begun, cancellations may incur a fee to cover labor and material costs. The Customer will be notified of any additional costs or changes before proceeding with the work.

10. Firearm Safety
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any firearm is handled and stored safely before, during, and after the Company’s services. AGL will take every precaution to ensure the safety of firearms in our care.

11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Company will take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the Customer’s personal and firearm information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information solely for the purposes of providing the services you requested. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs arising from the use, handling, or possession of the firearm or any parts of the firearm serviced by the Company. This includes any legal costs or damages related to violations of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) or other applicable laws.

14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the Company operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction. By engaging with the Company’s services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the applicable courts.
